Film faced plywood smooth, wire-mesh, Hexa
MDF is a medium-density fiberboard. Unlike plywood formed of several sheets of peeled veneer, MDF represents wood fibers pressed together.
When manufacturing MDF, we do not use epoxy resins and phenol that are destructive to health, the main binding fiber is lignin, which is released when heating the wood. The panels are pressed to the density of 650-850 kg/m3. United Panel Group is the mill manufacturing the MDF of 2070х1650 mm, 2150х1650 mm, 2200х1650 m format in thicknesses of 8-30 mm.

You may buy three grades of MDF from us: grade 1, Flex, SPP.
• Grade 1 is used by manufacturers of door moldings, tabletops and wall panels. It is easy to cut, paint or laminate a smooth and uniform surface.
• Flex panels are bent up to 45 degrees per linear meter - they can be used by manufacturers of decorative finishing elements, cabinet-type and upholstered furniture.
• SPP is required for packaging, wall lining and flooring, where a perfect surface is not required.
Products made out of our materials have a longer service life: when manufacturing MDF panels at the factory, we resort to the improved wood fiber board production technology and use only high-quality materials.
Eco-friendly materials and physical properties bring the MDF closer to natural wood, therefore it is used in manufacturing of doors, door moldings, furniture, in construction and automotive industry for interior facing.
Furniture producers use plywood when manufacturing facades, furniture moldings and tabletops. Builders assemble wall panels, ceilings, and laminated floors of MDF.
